The staff were very helpful and we also like the location.
I think it's overpriced for what it is.

The room was large and very well furnished, with excellent lighting and a very comfortable shower.
It wasn't always easy to get the attention of the staff. Since the hotel is a small part of a large condominium, even to enter requires that someone answer the bell, which one would like to happen immediately! The breakfast could be improved as well.

Located in a quiet area in the centre of the city, just a short distance away from the main tourist areas, this hotel is convenient for transportation as it is located near the train station. the rooms are modern and clean, equipped with necessary amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in the room and includes enough options for a continental breakfast. the staff are accommodating and friendly, offering suggestions for things to do in the city.
Some guests have mentioned difficulties finding the hotel as it is not clearly marked and has an odd setup with rooms located in different parts of a dilapidated apartment block.

A little off the main area of Via Veneto but accessible if you like to walk or hop in a cab. Hotel staff was great and our rooms were very nice. They arranged a wonderful tour for us of the Vatican with a local company that picked us up at the hotel. We were leaving before the 7am breakfast started, so they delivered breakfast to our rooms before we left. A nice selection of coffee, juice, and pastries! The hotel itself was previously apartments, so it is a little more private than a hotel with all the trimmings, but that is what we preferred--something quieter and more intimate. Rooms were cozy and the bathrooms were nice and new!
The entire staff was great but Brenda and Kevin were especially wonderful! We will be back!

The location was positive, good area of the city, approx 10 min walk to nearest metro. The room was clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The room was much smaller than portrayed by the web pictures. The accommodation is within an apartment building - (which we knew at time of booking) however at times, we questioned security as the reception is behind a closed door on the 2nd floor of the building and the front door of the building was often open during the day. We had expected a more central reception as you entered the building. The 2 windows opened to the view of the back of other apartment buildings so was quite unpleasant and dark. Breakfast was very limited although the staff were very nice.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a charming hotel in a great location. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail that made my stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information and directions. The hotel's location in a safe and upmarket area made it easy to explore the city on foot, with all the main sites within walking distance. The rooms were modern and well-decorated, with all the basic amenities and towels provided. Lastly, the breakfast served in the room was more than enough, with a continental spread that included bread rolls, croissants, cereal, and yogurt.
Everything was great.

This hotel had the friendliest most helpful staff I have encountered in Rome.
The room is tiny and in no way justifies the price of 179 euros for double occupancy.

There is a disconnect between the this hotel's terms and conditions and Booked.net's terms and conditions. Trying to make them understand that if they have the hotel posted on Booked.net they must adhere and respect the terms and conditions posted on that page. Some of the staff members where very friendly. It is scary that after 6 pm the manager is no where to be found and who ever is left running the show has no power of making a decision. The rooms are what are shown in the pictures. But be aware that the scene of the hallways/stairs and elevator is not as pretty and no wonder they do not show that in the website.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Secondly, the hotel pays great attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The location of the hotel is fantastic - it's within walking distance of all the main sites, situated in a nice area of the city. Lastly, the rooms are well-appointed with modern decor and include all the basic amenities one would expect. The towels provided were of 4-star quality, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Location: Close to the downtown and the same time quiet; Services and facilities: Breakfast served to the room and the room was served with kettle - it is very suitable if you are traveling with a child
1. Quadruple room was booked, but in fact it didn't match to the description and photo provided. It was just double room with additional 2 extra beds and removed chairs to vacant place for these extra beds. So, finally we were living with 1 chair per 4 person. 2. There is no access to internet in the room. Just near reception desk, which is next staircase (you need to go down, then next entrance, go upstairs).

Good Location, Nice Staff, and Clean Rooms During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel that had a great location and friendly staff. the hotel had a prime location close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the staff was always welcoming and willing to help us with any questions we had. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast that offered a wide selection of items.
the rooms were quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
